Tom Castle

I work with my father, Tim Castle, at TC Sports Management.

Previously I worked for Six Foot 2 Sports Management (Wellington office), which gave me exposure to high performing athletes (and the associated management requirements and responsibilities) at an early stage.

I am also a qualified lawyer, and a Senior Associate at Burley Attwood Law in Tauranga, practising in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution.

Having started practising the law in Whanganui in 2009, I moved to Mount Maunganui in 2010 and commenced work in Tauranga. This work included 2 years at the Public Defence Service, as defence counsel.

Prior to practicing law, I played 1st XV rugby at Wellington College before heading south, to Dunedin, to commence my university studies at Otago University.

In Dunedin, I played Premier rugby for University A and Dunedin RFC. I was selected for the New Zealand University Colts in 2001 and represented Otago in Under 18’s, Under 19’s and Colts (Under 21’s). I trialled for the New Zealand Under 19’s in 2001. On return to Wellington, I played Premier rugby for Western Suburbs.

I am passionate about helping and working with others. TC Sports Management have established relationships which can maximise opportunities and create optimum outcomes for individuals, their families and business interests, whatever the circumstances.
