Tim represented Katrina Grant, Captain of the Central Pulse for alleged misconduct relating to her interactions with one of the umpires in the Pulse’ game against the Southern Steel (17/5/2015). Tim’s representation was instrumental in obtaining orders which;
- Allowed Katrina to take her place in the following game which would be crucial in determining semi-final places in the Championship;
- Deferred the substantive hearing to allow more preparation time;
- Resulted in a 2 game suspension which in all the circumstances was suspended as to its application for 12 months
